(Santa Clarita, Calif.) – The United Firefighters of Los Angeles City Local 112 have announced their support for Santa Clarita civic leader Dante Acosta for State Assembly.
“The United Firefighters of Los Angeles are proud to endorse Dante Acosta for State Assembly because we know he has the right priorities for protecting our communities and supports first-responders as an important part of his agenda,” said Frank Lima, UFLAC’s president. “Dante has been an effective leader on the Santa Clarita City Council and we know he will be impactful in Sacramento.”
UFLAC represents 3,200 proud men and women who serve as Firefighters and emergency medical personnel protecting the City of Los Angeles.
“There are few who put themselves at more risk to protect our communities and residents than our firefighters and I’m really proud to have their support,” said Acosta. “The first priority of government is to keep our citizens safe and I will be a supporter of our first responders as a member of the Assembly and make sure they have the tools they need to do their job.”
Acosta is a successful businessman and serves on the Santa Clarita City Council, currently he is Mayor Pro Tem. The United Firefighters of Los Angeles City join the Los Angeles County Firefighters Local 1014 in creating united Firefighter support for Dante Acosta’s campaign for State Assembly.
