(Santa Clarita Valley, Calif.) – The Los Angeles Police Protective League (LAPPL) joins a number of other public safety organizations in support of Santa Clarita Councilman Dante Acosta.
“Dante Acosta will make sure law enforcement has all the training and equipment we need to keep our communities safe from crime,” said Craig Lally, president of the LAPPL. “That’s why we support him for Assembly”
LAPPL joins the California State Firefighters Association, California Professional Firefighters, United Firefighters of Los Angeles City Local 112, and Los Angeles County Firefighters Local 1014.
“The number one priority of government is to keep us safe,” said Acosta. “Our police and firefighters are the front lines of keeping our families and our communities safe from natural and manmade threats and I’m incredibly proud to have their support.”
Dante Acosta serves on the Santa Clarita City Council, is a successful businessman and a Gold Star Father. He is running for State Assembly to create jobs, improve our public education system, and put a stop to the early release of criminals, which is placing an unfair burden on local governments and causing a huge increase in crime.
